The service consists in provide our tugs, to assist or support ships, from the place indicated by the pilot port or the responsible authority to carry out the maneuvers of docking, undocking, movement or anchoring.
The service is to lead the harbor pilot to the side of the ship or vessel to embark or desembark in a safe and secure way.
The mooring service consist of securing/receiving ships to the dock by tying ropes (lines) to bollards. When sets sail, the mooring man are once again called upon, but this time to unmoore the ship.
